As a leader in child welfare and a doctoral social work student, our founder has witnessed firsthand the impact of burnout, high turnover, and the strain placed on both frontline workers and supervisors. At the same time, she has experienced the

  • $1,000/month (4 sessions + email support)

  • Half-Day Workshop (3–4 hours): $2,500 
  • Full-Day Workshop (6–8 hours): $4,500 
  • Travel (if applicable) billed separately 


This interactive workshop equips supervisors and leadership teams with practical tools to implement reflective supervision practices that promote staff well-being, critical thinking, and retention.
